My friend does bodybuilding competition and she got 500cc a few years ago and only stopped lifting for the 6 weeks post-op

After surger between time to take your pain meds you might feel achy and that's when I used it... And now that I'm off the pain meds I still am using it when I get sore and achy.... You can use it 3 times a day.

I think you'll look great!!! Keep me posted! Also, some of the girls on here recommended to use Arnica Gel afterwards, it's a homeopathic pain relief gel that aids in healing your muscles... I have been using it and recommend it!

Hey girl! I'm so excited for you! I had the same battle about size before my surgery... Everyone told me go big! I ended up with 375 HP ( up from 325 MP I had originally decided on) and here I am post-op 5 days wishing i would have bumped up to 400ccs! Im super excited about my results and love how I look but I think I would hve loved 400'too! I didn't want a huge boob look and when I'm dressed you can't even tell I had anything done which sorta irritates me after spending all that money but bottom line I would stick with 400!! The second day was not worse, I kept waiting for the bad part to come and it never did.... Thankfully for me, but I've read reviews about women who couldn't move for a week... Idk what the difference is, but I felt really good. Yes I was uncomfortable at times but overall I felt better than I expected! Morning boob takes a minute to get used to but goes away as soon as you start moving.... My biggest recommend is to take your meds as pescribed until you know how you feel... Don't wait for the pain, take the meds ahead of the pain on schedule.. Setting an alarm to remind you if necessary. I think the hardest part will be lifting your son into his crib or in the highchair.... My doctor told me to wait a week before lifting my 1 yr old... You'll need to talk to your doctor about after your boyfriend leaves to make sure you'll be cleared to lift your son without risking your implant!
