It helped a little. Still smaller than I wanted; just looks like a little hole. But I'm ok with it since my tummy is flat. :-)

Hi Cutie, First and foremost, let me say that you look very nice. But, you sound just like me. I had surgery on March 8th and have some of the same thoughts. I thought for this amount of money, I would be super flat, like a super model...lol But not just yet. I'm still working on it. My results are much better than before so I have to keep that in mind. I think diet and cardio will help with the areas you don't like. so that's what I am trying. I also bought the HipHop Abs video and love it. ..but you do look nice.
