Waited for This for a Long Time! - Lexington, KY

Thank you so much for posting your journey. A lot of your description of yourself sounds exactly like me!! I have my MM next Monday (7 days and a wake up!!!). I am not one bit nervous (Yet)...just so excited I want to shout to it to the world!! Love hearing that it wasn't so bad for you...hoping it will be the same for me. Thanks so much for sharing your journey...I really like reading experiences from women around my age. I went for my consult first of Dec. and by my choice I asked for us to wait and do my MM after I lose a few more pounds. Shooting for April and I am getting beyond excited!! My husband commented today "I don't really think you understand what you are getting into....This would be serious pain and recovery" I told him..."you have no idea how much research I've done...I have read other ladies play by play experiences and I am fully aware it's gonna hurt like hell...but all say they would do it all over again..so yes I am very aware" ...
