    Hiya TT buddy! Glad all is going well for you. I updated today as haven't been on for a couple of weeks. All good with me other than some damn swelling! Glad I logged on and read through some posts tho as it's reminded me that it's common for most of us. Anyway, take care.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one still swelling at this stage. I go between water bed like puffiness to the hardness you describe! Most of the time it doesn't bother me but this week it's got to me a bit because it's given me some soreness and I haven't had that for a while. It's a process!!

    I had my start the day before surgery. It wa fine and it was so light - which it never is normally - which I figure was my body being shocked at the surgery!! It was fine though. I wore sanitary towels rather than tampons. Hadn't done that for years but it felt easier that way. Not sure why. There was no medical reason for that altho they did say I could wear a tampon during surgery. Kudos on your weight loss btw. You deserve this procedure to feel the true benefits from that. Can't wait to see your after pics :)

    Thank you Talented. It's been therapeutic for me to share my journey and I know how much information I wanted as I was earlier in my own experience and how helpful reading stories on this site was. I'm glad I've been able to give back a little bit.
