  Why do you want a reduction? You have what appear to be average sized breasts. Insurance will definitely NOT cover this. You should consider why you are even asking this. There might be some pschological things at work here. Are you comfortable with yourself, and your sexuality? It sounds like some counseling is what is really needed.
