Wow! Your progess is looking great! I'm also on 16/23 and have been amazed at what these trays can do. I had the same issue with a tray cracking 4 or 5 days early and went on to the next 1. My dentist said it was fine as long as the trays are fitting properly. I hope whatever adjustment your ortho made to your tray works, cuz like you I'm really hoping not to need refinements. As much as I have adapted my life to flossing and brushing many times per day no matter where I am, I'd really like to go back to a normal routine lol. Keep up the good work and good luck!
Did u happen to notice during your clincheck at what tray should u start seeing a noticeable difference? My case is 23 trays as well (started a little after u in mid sept), and on my clicheck things start to really look noticeably better after tray 10. Knowing when you'll be able to see a difference may help ease your mind about whether or not things are progressing right now. But I'm sure if we wear our aligners for the right amount of time that the results will be great! Best of luck to you.

Best wishes. I'm starting my 6th out of 23 trays tomorrow. How many trays is your total treatment? Thanks for sharing on here. It really helps other people who are in treatment or considering Invisalign for themselves. :)
I would definitely inquire with your orthodontist if you aren't completely happy with what you will be paying for. It is my understanding that after your impressions are sent, invisalign creates the clincheck and the treatment plan. However, it is the dentist's/ortho's job to review that plan and tweak it accordingly based on his expertise. If you aren't happy with it, explain to him what you are hoping to achieve. By the way I am surprised your treatment is for 2 years. In my opinion they don't look bad, and my treatment is for only 11 months. Also if i were you, I'd discuss the pricing of your plan with him. Most "full" invisalign treatments (more than 6 months i believe), include your invisalign trays, ALL follow up visits, and any refinement trays after your initial sets of trays in case you aren't satisfied with the final results. There are plenty of good providers out there who would be willing to provide you a flat rate and a clear understanding of what you'll be getting for a pretty sizable amount of money. Good luck!
