    Yes, yes, yes!!! It is sooooo worth it. The 1st week will be rough, by week three I noticed the shoulder and lower back pain was gone!!!! Totally gone, I realized when I opened my desk drawer, saw my Aleve and realized I had not taken one all week. Better every day! Feel fantastic, feminine, energentic, proportional, free.
