I'm booked in to see him next month. I get what you mean about his receptionist, she definitely wasn't rude, but wasn't over the top friendly, she always seems in a rush. And I know which lady your talking about on his website!! please keep us updated, I want/need to hear every detail. Did he give you a digital manipulation of what your nose will look like from the front view?
