Hi darlene1276. I had the product they inject to dissolve the juvederm done partially on one side and left the other alone as it wasn't as "over full" (lumpy) looking. However, even though I left the other side alone, to this day it still has the look of being a little swollen. It doesn't look bad, it just looks different. I was expecting to get my frown lines to go away without creating a different look to my lower face, but don't know if that's possible. It's a trade off. I probably would not have done the filler had I realized that. Your lumps will lessen but from my experience, not entirely. What does your Dr. say?
I worked out (ran) within a couple hours of getting juvederm injections for the "frown" lines on the sides of my mouth. I have alot of swelling and some lumps. I was not told not to exercise with 24 hours of procedure, however, I have now read that I shouldn't have. Did I contribute to my swelling, etc? Should I ice it while gving it a couple days? How long can the doctor successfully massage out the lumps before it's too late? Thanks for your help.
