I am also 5'2" and 120 lbs. my ps took off 360 from one side and 420 from the other. I thought I was a 32F preop, but my new bra is a 32E and my breasts are literally half of what they were. I wanted to be what I thought was a c, but I am very happy. After all, you don't want to look like a child! My surgery was also on nov 6th. Hope u ended up taking at least 2 weeks off of work!
My ps said sports bra for first 6 weeks. I recommend ace bandages for first week, then I started wearing my old sports bra with ABD surgical pads at suture line sites and telfa nonstick pads at nipples for cushioning. Pre op my sports bra cups were filled and overflowing. Post op it fits nicely.
I also opted for the lipo and paid out of pocket for it. I wanted it done right the first time, no dog ears for me, thanks. It is by far the worst pain that aches for weeks. Post op I felt like someone had repeatedly kicked me again and again with their steel toed boot. Honestly I don't think I ever had pain at the actual suture line sites, only on my sides from the lipo. Ice packs felt wonderful on my sides.
