I was back in the gym on PO day 5, and was able to lift weights, and do all cardio except running. I began running at 3 1/2 weeks post op, and found it to be comfortable when I wore two sports bras for the extra support.
Yay!!!!! I am 3 weeks PO today. Healing is occurring so quickly, can barely even see the vertical scar already. I am sure that you will have a quick and uneventful recovery! Here is to awesome boobs....woot woot!
