hey! you live in Utah too?! awesome! My running has been going really well! Tightness is hardly there anymore when I run. Feels soooo good to be back running again! I am now 11 weeks today. It does feel good not to have the jiggling belly! I am so happy. How is your running coming?!
oh runner, hang in there! I had serious regrets also. I had brought my cute little sweats to the hospital to come home in, and I couldn't even get them up my legs. I cried and cried. Had to call hubby to bring me some of his huge sweats, and luckily they barely fit. And I cried some more. Hubby thought it was so funny I looked like a homeless person headed to my first PO. Huge sweats and sweatshirt that barely fit, drains hanging out both sides, and my pain pump hanging off my shoulder. It's funny now, but man, that is so not what I was envisioning at the time!
It does get better with each day. I was so not prepared for all the down emotions and everything. It was very hard. All I wanted to do was go out for a run too. Swelling will go down... Hang in there!!
I just read all your info. so interesting! You have definitely done a lot of research! I bet you you recover in no time with out MR. truthfully that is what holds me back. Its soo tight! But I had to get it done with a 3+ in diastis from my twins. Anyways, you are amazing! 26.2 miles is far enough for me!
