My damage came couple of months later, everything was great in the beginning. Not everyone is the same and you prolly had a better doctor than mine even though i went to one that had over 30 yrs experience

go to that office tell them you want your records and tell them to give you a medical release form to sign right there and than so that way they cannot say you havent signed a medical release form.

Its against the law not to give a patient their medical records and im saying that because im in the medical field, thats a lawsuit right there, and you need to tell them that.
