Congrats!!!! That is awesome! I'm 5 weeks today and just got back from a 3.25 mile run. Felt good to be out there! I hope I'm in your condition by week 10!! Way to go !!!!

Thank u, I've been reading your comments, I'm so sorry you are having to be aspirated:(. Just keep your chin up be and by summer you are gonna be smoking hot in that bikini. You already look great but it will just get better;)

Nope no compression. I do Ice every night though. I have a desk job so I'm not on my feet too much. Was so happy to get back to running. This darn weather is holding me back today lol. Week 3 was a patience test for me, I was getting very tired of just sitting around. So when he said I could exercise I went for it! Hope I don't pay for it at 6 weeks as some of the girls are I have read:(. Hope ur healing is going well!
