I found the last half a dozen trays or so made the most visible difference - maybe the first ones are shifting stuff around to make way for the front to be put into place. But your progress so far is great!!
You will more than likely have the same pain and difficulty with each tray - but take heart! It means they are moving into place.. Some trays of mine are worse than others - some I feel like I am pulling my teeth out when I remove the trays and others hardly an issue... so just prepare yourself... It will be sooo worth it tho!
When Im out, I try and use the disabled toilets (if there is no actual disabled people around) as you have the whole cubicle to yourself.. including a sink.. and you can brush to your hearts content, without looking over your shoulder hoping no one walks in and thinks your a tooth brushing freak. Also, Ive had no sore throat ever, you prob have a coincidental cold...
