I was up an about after the first week. I work an office job for my husband, so I could go in, but leave if I got tired. To be honest, by the end of the second week I was back to my normal routine, which is go to work for a couple hours a few days a week, and the other time is spent cleaning, running errands, dr. appointments, ect. There are days when I am up and about pretty much all day long doing things, granted I will be sitting for a lot of it, like my kids swimming practice or sitting while folding laundry...or while in the car going from here to there. I have never really had an issue with swelling. I am still swollen, but I don't swell throughout the day UNLESS I don't drink a lot of water. All I drink is water until evening and I really think that helps flush everything out.

Thank you! I hardly look in a full length mirror right now. It takes up to 6 months to heal, so why obsess for 180 days? If I looked in the mirror every day, I wouldn't notice the changes. But when I look in the mirror once a week, then I notice things! I don't want to drive myself crazy....so no mirrors!

I just posted new pictures I took this morning. When I drink a lot of water, I look just the same in the evening. When I don't drink enough, I have to put on a larger CG! I would also call your PS too...maybe there is fluid built up somewhere?

I do believe everyone is different, don't get me wrong on that! I have noticed, for me, if I aim for @100 oz of water a day, my swelling is kept to a minimum and I feel good. When I only drink 30-50 oz of water, or less, I swell more and have to put on a larger CG. I will also have acid reflux no matter how little or what I eat. I have always heard that swelling is an indication that your body is dehydrated. Again, not saying by increasing your water that it will solve anything...only that I notice a HUGE difference and it's only when I don't drink as much water, and most people don't drink enough water. This does not include anything else, but straight water or with lemon or tea. I highly recommend trying it, worse case scenerio is it doesn't work for you...but it's water, and if you drink mainly water, you don't eat as much. I swear, the more water I drink, the less hungry I am. And if we all got tummy tucks, then we do care how we look. I will not say it's a cure all. All I am saying it it really does help. I am not pushing some crazy solve all pill, all I am saying is try increasing your water intake! :)

You must be frustrated! How much water are you drinking? I had mine on 11/1...I am a little swollen but not much. I aim to drink 100 oz of water everyday. I carry a water bottle with me everywhere and I am usually done drinking all that water by 5. I really think it helps me with swelling as mine has been minimal. When I dont drink at least 50 oz thats when I notice a lot more swelling.
