So far so good with my revision. However, I have learned from my initial surgery that I must wait several months until I can see what the actual results will be. I think revisions are common. I am grateful that my surgeon offered to do it for free. I am healing quickly. Surgery was Tuesday and its Friday and I've already gone back to normal activities. My upper back required a lot more rest and down time. What I am experiencing now is similar to what they advertise for smartlipo recovery. Are you going to have a revision?
I can relate to your struggle! I have similar results. I chose to allow the Dr do a revision to my flank area. My revision was yesterday but I am hopeful. I was told the same thing, that my skin was draping and did not bounce back. My surgeon revised by removing more fat from the lower back, flank and hip area. Maybe your Dr could remove more fat just below where the rolls begin. It sounds like you were way over charged to begin with. I am not a Dr but I think another option we have if our skin folds after lipo is to have a tuck or lift. This procedure would leave a horrible scar but similar to a tummy tuck the extra skin would be gone. I have seen very impressive after photos of people who have had lower body lifts. I would get a second oppinion before I settled by accepting the refund they offered you. I wish you the best of luck!
Oh my God!!! Your results are AWESOME! I am encouraged because we are a similar weight and height. I'm losing my faith in cosmetic surgery but your story restores it. I am much sloppier than you to begin with but your results are incredible. I am very happy for you. Thanks fpr sharing!
