Hi Looking4Change. You're welcome. You will change a lot for the next six to twelve months. I would start the morning really flat then slowly "thicken" as the day went on due to swelling. Its only now starting to improve and i am four months.
Try to see how the glass is half full -- for you! Don't let others' opinions overshadow your own good feeling. It sounds as though some negative comments are coming from people who may not support your decision. It's what you think that maters in the end. How do you feel when everyone says you look great but you dont like how you look? It's the same idea.
My change wasn't significant to the outside world, except maybe my breasts which are more visible. But I don't care. I know where the improvement is and it matters to me. Worth every penny.
I also gained some weight back, a couple of pounds, and a lot was because I was swollen. Its going now and the one thing that was tight now fits closer to how it did when I started this process. Going back to the gym has helped as well.
Good luck, and remember to focus on how well the process has met YOUR needs and expectations.
