I had sculptra in 2006 under my eyes and in upper cheeks. I got lumps that could be felt but were not visible. Initially I didn't like the look but noticed that after a year, the filling went down a bit and looked nice. 6 years later and I have lost most of it, but some of the growth is still there and hasn't seemed to change in the past couple of years. As for the bumps, they are still there but have gone down as well. These are deep under my skin and feel like tiny seeds, but in some areas, like a long ropy ridge under my skin. I'm hoping they don't start to show too much as I age, but for now, I'm not terribly concerned. So short answer, yes, they will get better, but I'm not sure if they always completely go away. It's REALLY scary at first but give it some time. Things will get better.
