I had mine done 1 year ago(533 cc)and they are too small ( I too knew immediately after surgery that they would be)I am looking for the balance of the symetry of my body)and am going BACK in,in Sept,to spend more money!!..for 575cc HP and a 616cc HP ..DR's are afraid of letting us go too big,,but I should've followed my instinct and done it the first time!! At 50 I am paying for breasts..thats what I want. They do not fluff that is bogus. My consulation is that he will lipo my tummy as a bonus. Spare the 2nd time GO BIG OR GO HOME the first time...lol

I totally agree the same thing happened to me and many others...same thing except it is my left breast that is bigger..why dont thet offer the different size implant?? may be that breaks up a set?? but for the money we spend it should be INCLUDED...let me know what happens...

OMG..you sound like me...may I ask your age and more details about tha saline size you went with, and over or under the muscle,also did you need any lift?..I just had my 2nd set done in May 2009, I changed my mind right before the surgery and went with 533cc :( I was scheduled for 575cc and wish I did go with that ,now I regret it..I am a curvy size 10 woman and feel I could handle it..post pics if you can.
