Great update! You look smokin'! Thanks for the advice about wearing the CG and the binder. I've been doing both & it really helps with the swelling. Still not happy with my left-sided lump but time will tell if it goes away on its own.

I'm VERY impressed with your post-op pics! You look great! There's an uneven area on my belly. My lower left ab area is higher & I'm wondering if that's because my PS put the JP drain on the lower right side. Maybe the left side didn't drain fluid as much? I don't know what the cause is but I do know that it has to be fixed if this is permanent. Also, my belly isn't flat like yours yet. It's definitely smaller than it was before though. I go back on Dec 20th for smart lipo of the inner thighs & upper arms, so I'm going to address my concerns with my PS then. Given the $ I've spent, I expect results that look more like yours.

It's hard trying not to overdo it. I can't wait to get back in the gym! I'm hoping my doctor will soon say it's ok for me to start light jogging or something while wearing my CG.....just walking isn't doing it for me. Besides, I'll have to take another break from exercise in 19 days when I get my inner thighs done & I need to start getting some workouts in before then.

I actually went back to work a couple days ago & it hasn't been that bad. I'm a nurse & I thought the physical demands would be just too much since we have a lot of patients with mobility issues. So far, I'm doing good. I just wish this lower ab incision would stop itching so badly! I've just been putting antibiotic ointment on it because benadryl knocks me out. I must say that I'm VERY happy with the way my belly's looking. There's still quite a bit of swelling, which is worse when I go without the CG. Lol! I was complaining about compression in the beginning & now I don't want to be without it.

Thanks for sharing your story. It kinda gives me an idea of what to expect after I have Smart Lipo of my thighs, knees, & upper arms in December. I'm worried about going back to work only 4 days after having it all done. I'm almost 2 weeks post-op from Smart Lipo of my upper/lower abs plus a mini tummy tuck. I've been fine since 1 week post-op but still not back to my regular exercise routine. I went back to work yesterday...just not doing as much strenous stuff as I usually do. After reading your posts, I'm thinking I need to take more time off after my thighs, knees, & arms are done.
