I received my last Botox treatment in May 2010, i refused to go back after that date, so my disability has progressed. I had received Botox for 13 years from the same neurologist in Edmonton. My last treatment in 2010,he experimented on my forehead, one spot only, and treated my neck muscles as well. I had severe facial burning for over 9 months and was left untreated,
After my usual Botox treatments for Dystonia in May 2010 i havent been back to my neurologist ever since and these injections are to keep my disability under control. I usually get Botox around the neck area but this time he administered Botox, one spot only, into my forehead. First, my forehead looked horrific and facial burning lasted over 9 months. JK
