I'm uneasy about the fact that only one person has offered advice, that person being a plastic surgeon, and that advice being to undergo plastic surgery.
Because of that, I believe the comment on its own does not stand up as entirely truthful. Especially in the light of comments elsewhere by male individuals who have used non-surgical methods to develop and increase the size of their breasts.
If we're concerned about a truthful answer to Ciara's question, we will have to weed out anecdotal statements from the non-professionals and biased statements from those we might hold up as expert.
But, just as 'non-professional' does not always mean 'unqualified', 'professional' does not always mean 'unprejudiced'.
I know from my own experience that, combined with other non-surgical (and non-medicated) methods, it is possible that a male applying these kinds of cream to his breasts will experience breast growth.
