Tomorrow makes 5 weeks po!

Thanks! Glad to know I'm not alone in all the swelling. Last night was horrible is was so uncomfortable. I was down a bit this morning so I'm hoping it continues to subside. I knew for some reason my luck I'd swell forever but I never imagined I'd swell soooo bad this far out. One day ladies it'll all go away lol I can't wait!

Haven't been on here for awhile so just checking in. I had my surgery 11-29 and the last week I have been the most swollen I have ever been! It's very uncomfortable. Today I am swollen a total of 10 inches!!! WOW!!! I'm not sure if it's due to stress and lack of sleep. My 10 yr old rolled his 4 wheeler and broke his wrist in 2 places and his elbow, he had to have surgery and have 2 pins placed in his elbow and 1 in his wrist. I have been up n down waiting on him hand n foot and sleeping w him on the couch. When I say sleeping I mean more like lay there, I average about 4 hours of restful sleep a night. So I'm wondering if anyone else as far along as me is having swell hell issues or if mine may be stress related!?

I'm doing good other than Ohio weather, woke up to snow this morning! So over it! I am too still swollen but have noticed it going down some finally, but always at the end of the day I have swelling. I still compress when I sleep, anyone else? I've been eating well and have lessened my meat intake a good bit and feel better. Exercising I slacked off of for a but due to frustration but have been back at running the last couple weeks. I hope as soon as it warms up I see big changes:) can't wait to get outside!

I'll join the heavier club too! I am so pissed which is one of the reasons I haven't been on here much. I work my ass off and since surgery was down 11 lbs then all the sudden the scale wouldn't budge. The scale slowly started creeping up n now in a matter of a few days I'm up to +3 lbs over my pre surgery weight. So I've gained back the weight I lost. I run and eat decent but can't seem to lose shit! I had 6lbs of skin removed and 6lbs of fat from Lipo. I was feeling so good about myself and was in a great place. Now I'm so pissed and mad I hate it. I don't know what my issue is but if I don't lose weight I'm goingto lose my mind! .....end rant :P

Anyone have lipo in their lower flanks and still have love handles? And overhangs when they wear pants? I run 3.7 miles a day and eat clean for the most part, I'm not gaining weight so I'm wondering why I have this issue? Swelling? I'll be 3 months thursday and sitll have swelling but this feels like fat not swelling? Sad n down :(
