    thank you for the answer doctor Shemirani But can a filler that calcifies be injected directly into the bone? the bridge is not that much modified( around 1 cm ). but the width is also a bit smaller and i cannot recognise myself in the mirror i did not need rhinoplasty, only septoptum... i liked my bridge so i really regret it; i can get some comfort and peace of mind if a can find a solution, so please help me
