On the list of things to have for the surgery from the Doc, a heating pad is needed apparently. You can use it over-top the garment, thats what ive been doing.

No need to be. I was too but the surgery was such a quick process u wont rly feel it and with the recovery process just focus only on healing for as long as u need to n with tht mentality it wont be as hard as u think
