I agree that it is totally worth it!! (My husband works for DOS, and I have been contracted for one year at the US Embassy in Pak. We are only there for one year. I can do anything for a year, right?) There were a few weeks/months that I really was in so much discomfort (and pain!) that I thought it was not worth it. But no more of those nasty little thoughts are in my head... I'm getting ready to unsubscribe to this site, only because I feel so good that I don't need the support anymore. Thank you all for being there for me at my most discouraged. You were there for me through the thick and thin and I appreciate it. We went through the journey together, had our ups and downs, and came through on the other side happy and satisfied. If you ever get discouraged and don't know if it was worth it, just look at your before picture :)

I'm moving to Pakistan this month... That's not really fun though... I feel so normal that I hardly ever even think about my tummy tuck, except when I'm getting out of the shower and notice in the mirror how rockin' hot it is, haha.

It is not uncommon to swell up to one year post op. Hang in there!
