Your scar is looking great!! It's exciting to me to see your progression, since I'm just behind you in PO weeks... And, I have a stretch mark in the EXACT SAME PLACE! Right on the top of the T. Can you believe it? I feel like it's an arrow, like look at my scar!!! At least it's a white stretchy, not purple, and I'm rubbing it with Bio Oil too. Good job on the work outs, and ab work. I haven't really started abs, bc I guess I'm scared. Doing weights and also added the 30 day squat challenge - ouch! We should be totally fab by June 1 :)

I think it's ok to stretch, Karey. There's just gonna be so many weird feelings for a long time. I am just now feeling like I can sometimes forget I had major surgery. Still can't sleep on my tummy though. And can just now crack my back (bad habit). It is a very very long road until we are recovered. I completely underestimated it, myself!! I had the hip bone burning thing, and still have numbness there, which is a little freaky. I think he does a bit of a thigh lift? Just hang in there!!!

The only part right now that bothers me is the glutes... like on the buns where my scar is. I can feel it at the beginning of my runs. Freaky!! My tummy is just now getting some feeling back, but not alot.

Hang in there! The garments ar annoying, but he is so precise with everything, and you certainly can't argue with the results :) You look so flat and beautiful! Working out is def key :)

Morning! Yes -- Dr. White wanted me in compression for 6 MONTHS! I wore it religiously until about a month ago, then pretty much stuck to spanx etc... Now I'm wearing real underwear :) So freeing! The tape came off at my 6 week check up. He peeled it right off. I'm sure your scar will be amazing. He does such a great job! Then you apply the BioCorneum you purchase from him twice a day. Now I'm using BioOil, and I like that. It absorbs better -- but I plan to use the BioCorneum when I am in the sun (it's waterproof and has 30spf) You are looking awesome, and I know your results will be fabulous!!
