Welcome to the healing side. Delighted to read that everything went well for you. Rest well :)

Congratulations - your new boobs look great! I think you will find that exercising is considerably easier with smaller boobs. I'm a competitive runner and while I never let my old boobs hold me back, they did make life harder. It's amazing now to be able to exercise without having to give my boobs a second thought. I think you'll enjoy the experience and freedom! Happy healing :)

Glad to read that your healing is going well. I had similar anxieties about them growing back. It took me a while to realize that my new boobs were for real and that I was actually going to get to keep them, I didn't have to give them back after a few months. It feels too good to be true! The bra looks great - very pretty :)

I did take the opportunity to splurge on some Peter Alexander PJ sets! Going into hospital I wore some loose fitting trousers (so I didn't have to try and get jeans on post-op when I was bloated), a stretchy cami, which I could just step into, and a cardigan. It was the end of January though so still warm, unlike now! I think loose fitting trousers and a zip up sweatshirt or warm cardi would be good. Country Road have a 25% off everything sale starting tomorrow and they have some lovely cosy cardis and zip up snuggly things at the moment!

With the numbness, itching plus some internal stitches spitting, it sounds like you have some full-on healing happening. I had some similar sensations while I was healing, in fact I still occasionally get some tingling/itchy sensations under the skin 3 months down the line. My PS says that it just goes to show the amount of trauma that has gone on that we can't see, and it does take a long while to heal. I don't think it's unusual for the skin to be numb but itchy deeper into the tissue - sounds like it's all healing as it should be, so try not to worry :)
