Yes, I would like to see the documents that you have. I would like to make some effects to at least get back the money I lost through having to take a week off work, prescriptions and a refund.
  • Posted to Botox Nightmare-Ended Up in ER-Never Will Get Injected Again! Horrible... on 8 Dec 2012

I am sure that my problems occured because of only two pricks right between the eyes, and too low, so it affected my eyes. It is a slow recovery process. I also contacted Allergan, the company that makes Botox. They have followed my progress. They called again two days ago to find out how I was doing. I am going to write to this doctor today and ask for a refund. They actually offered me my next treatment for free. I will never take a Botox treatment again. I have used a week of vacation time, several costly prescriptions, and suffered with migraines, dry eye, etc.

It is going on two months now since my injections. My eye is about 75% open, but face looks different. I too, now have circles under my eyes. The horrible thing is that I have all these side effects AND the forehead lines are returning. I agree with you "Lime_girl". If I could be an advocate for a "No More Botox" campaign!!

Dr. Geissler, Marquette Medical Center, administered the botox. Actually it was done by his assistant Laurie. I knew that is was done differently because I was given two shots in the forehead instead of several smaller pricks in the forehead. It is resolving almost 2 months later. My eye is still about 30% abnormal.

Thanks! It is a long road to recovery. At least I returned to work today. With the help of the eye drop prescription my eye opens enough so I can see. It will be a month this Friday since the injection. Can't wait to be my "normal" self again.
