    Good for you! I went to the gym at 4w5d and I was scared I'd pop my sititches on the eliptical - so good to know it is ok. I just did the treadmill. I noticed I sweated a lot and I was wondering if it was my lymphatic drainage trying to come out my pores, lol. It may not be true but it was motivating to try and get rid of this swelling! Heading back to the gym tomorrow. Maybe I'll try the eliptical.

    Holy swelling Batman! First time exercising at the gym. I did 45 min on the treadmill but took it much slower than prior to surgery. It felt really good to sweat. I took it easy if I felt some tugging near the incision. By the time I got home I looked puffy. I took and anti-inflammatory pill, and rubbed some Arnica gel on my belly. Maybe I'll skip tomorrow. Don't want to set myself back any.

    Good for you! I haven't had one person notice :(. I notice, but would love to hear someone say I was thin. So there - proof that you are not fat! You still have some improvement to come too. Cheer up!

    I'm having the opposite problem. I gained weight I think in my thighs and I used to have a muffin top with my low waist pants being tight. I won't dare button them near my scar!
