It has been slow, I felt like I was whining too much and stopped posting. I'm 8 weeks PO tomorrow and my muscle spasms are horrible. It feels like I did at 3 weeks PO. Swelling isn't too bad though. My Dr wasn't too supportive of providing any more meds after week 3, so I gave up a long time ago. It was so bad last week I almost called but opted to let it go and spent the weekend on my ass. I've lost almost every weekend since the surgery to 'taking it easy' and recovering from the work week. I suppose it's par for the course?

Posted to 5 weeks PO pictures....some residual swelling and scar looks more red than 2 weeks ago. Happy with results so far!! on 15 Jan 2013

It turns red while its healing. My PS have me some lotion, 40$ for month supply but I use the silicone strips all night and lotion during the day. It definitely turned red and it can make you feel like you're progressing backward. Don't worry, it's just part of the process. :)
