Hey Miami I'm a Wellington Florida Gal...I did arnica for the bruising before and after...I had no bruising and I bruises very easy so I will have to say it was from that. Eat healthy as clean as possible I do believe it helps with the recovery! I bought bras from walmart they were a lot less money and held THE GIRLS just as tight I have been told. DD you are doing so great! Just remember to rest! YOU DID IT! your on the other side now...It will be a journey but when you look back it will be worth it. I am so very happy for you
