  • Posted to 2 Months Post Op - Abu Dhabi on 14 Feb 2013

Hey, we had our surgeries one day apart (I was on the 19th) and I was figuring I was only 2 months out or 8 weeks. Am I wrong? If I'm right then that would be perfectly normal for you to still have boob soreness. As far as that goes it would be perfectly normal to be sore at three months too, it's perfectly normal no matter what....lol.

Thank you, don't rush things, enjoy the whole process.....good with the bad. All of a sudden you'll turn around and be back to normal and the healing process will be a fading memory.

You're going to look sooo good when everything settles. About the swelling, I really didn't have any with the breast reduction so I can't say, I did have swelling with the tummy tuck tho and that still comes and goes depending on my diet. Hopefully your PS can give you an indication of how long it will last.
  • Posted to 28 days PO today and doing well on 24 Jan 2013

I had a delayed mommy make over..lol. I had the tummy tuck last July and the breast reduction December 21st. It took quite a while for the pulling sensation to end, and still sometimes I feel very tight right in the center of the tt incision/scar. I thought about doing both at the same time, but sure glad I didn't. I just can't imagine trying to get around with that many drains, incisions and stuff. Kudo's to you and best wishes on your recovery!!
