You'll get better day by day. Breasts are not twins. They are more like sisters. Even before I had the surgery, my left breast was bigger than my right one. It is affected by which side we use more. I used ice compress to relieve the pain and swelling at the beginning. Also I took Arnica Montana 200 (homeopathic medicine) instead of painkillers (they upset my stomach). After a while, I switched to warm compress. Wearing a sports bra may help you to seal and a perkier position. Hope this will help. Good luck!

Good luck! I had my breast reduction last summer. I regretted not having it done years ago and had suffered the neck and shoulder pain without knowing it was caused by my breast. Relax and get your family and friends' support/help after the surgery is very important, too.

You can try to use cold compress to ease your pain and swelling. It worked great on me. Happy healing!

It'll take time to heal. I had my breast reduction about 4 months ago and still on the progress. I take pictures to see my progress coming along. Take care and hope you will see the pretty result soon!
