I rented an electric recliner, I lived in it. It helped with back pain and it was wide and comfortable. It was the greatest thing I did, it made everything back pain and sleeping very comfortable.

Has anyone had smartlipo of the upper arms? if so was there a lot of bruising and how long do you have to wear compression garmet?

He said 2-3 weeks. At least I am already done with week 1. He was able to get alot out of upper flanks so he said wearing this just makes or more successful.

Yes I was awake, they give you a Xanax just to relax you. I can honestly say it was not painful. I took Arnica 3 weeks prior, it really helps with the bruising. I was only sore on Thursday. I do not like wearing this compression garmet but that is the key to success. You can shower the day after the procedure.
