Remember all your muscles will be sore for atleast 8 weeks from surgery itself. The wrapping pain will get better

I was naturally a D cup and during masectomy they took out approx. 650cc. of tissue. My first fill during surgery, I went home with 300cc. After that I did weekly/biweekly of 50cc. Once I tried 100cc and that knocked me down for days! My PS said I could not go smaller because of prior sagging condition. So Im stretching skin for best result and will either have 650cc or 700 silicone implants. Leaving it at Dr. discretion since I will be asleep! I do not want to have any rippling afterwards.

Could I ask if you post a picture? Im either going to have 650 or 700 silicone implants. Are you swollen afterwards and do they really drop, I thought there was no place to go since theres no tissue?
