Heading to Scottsdale AZ in November, looking to find a physician to do the Ulthera out there. My best friend and I want to have it done while we are there. Any suggestions? Want a Board Certified physician. Also, "the more "drunk" you are the more intense the treatment is"...are referring to the "more painful" it is?
