Your bruising actually didn't look bad. I had to have additional breast work done in April. Forgot to start the bromelain prior and oh my did I ever bruise. It was NASTY looking and lingered for weeks. Good thing is, bruising fades eventually.
Oh my... Bromelain tablets... My iPad thinks it knows more than my fingers!, sorry about that.
Bromelain is an extract taken from the stems of pineapples.
You can get bro slain tablets from your health food store that works great with the bruising. I have almost no bruising. Of course I began taking 3 days prior to surgery and continued for at least 3 weeks after. I took several a day on an empty stomach .
You are looking great. I had my BR back in October 2012. My scars are quickly blending in with their surroundings. I have used bio oil a couple times a dat all over. I've also used paper tape on my vertical scars for. Day 1. I still wear tape on my vertical incisions as it aids in healing (moisture?). My PS has been very pleased with my scars healing. I had lipo back in April (trying to reduce a bit more) and that scar now has tape on them. I think moisture is the key. Tape, silicon, moisturizer. All help. Oh I also took and still due mega Vitamin C tablets.
