Thanks!! I don't have as many set backs and most..I am not sure why but am very thankful! I hope and pray for everyone to have an easy recovery!! I do have to say I believe I am able to do what I do because I didn't have any M.R., I don't eat anything with salt, sugar, or carbs, and I have been working out for a min of 5 days a week for 2 years...that and i am pretty young! Like I said I hope everyone has a good recovery!! You all look so good!!
Good for you!! That is awesome! I went back little by little...I felt like you after my first couple times back but it felt so good to be back! so happy for you!!

Where does the time go! I am 7 weeks PO today WHOO! I've been back in the gym since 3.5 weeks and really back to normal workouts at 5 weeks. I was really bummed when I got the Ok to go back and tried to do a sit up and couldn't even get a crunch out LOL but now i am able to do crunches no problem. I am still not able to do a full sit up but I know I will soon. I started doing pilates to work on my core! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a wonderful New year!!!
I only had a TT . No MR and due to some other health restrictions I am on an extremely limited diet (no carbs, no sugar, no salt and high protein) so that all factors in to how fast I'm healing! I was cleared to workout at 2 1/2 weeks and and slowly upping the intensity of my workouts! I started on the Treamil and eliptical and then gradually went back to Zumba and kickboxing. I'm able to work on abs and core but its extremely limited.
