Yeah the heels were just bad news. Nope the muscle spasm didn't hurt, just pulled and felt really tight and uncomfortable. It also made my rectis muscles ('6 pack' muscles) pull a bit apart and formed a deep groove between them- that freaked me out cometely so I called the PS? Sometimes this happens apparently, usually as a result of your back becoming too stiff and the back usually uses tummy muscles for stability. They said when the back engages the timy muscles, they aren't happy and so they spasm. All good now tho, was very short lived. Just swelling now above my BB.

Yeah the swelling is just not fun! I am sure we will eventually deflate properly and completely! Soon :)
