In my situation, I don't think the hyaluronidase itself caused a problem. I think the problem was that it removed product from some areas but they couldn't get it to the same level as where the juvederm was injected in other areas. The result was an area of deflation around my tear trough but I still had puffiness and swelling above giving the appearance of a large eye bag.
Also, I had another injection and some product removal at the end of 2012. It seemed like it took a good month for everything to settle down and look decent. If you haven't already, give it a few weeks and then see where you're at. Maybe you will need to have more filler added to improve the result.
Hope this helps.
Bridget
I'm not sure where you're located in Michigan but I live in Northeast Ohio and know of at least (2) doctors who use vitrase to dissolve juvederm or restylane. And I agree with you that you're doctor was incorrect about the juvederm only lasting a few months under the eyes. I've got the remainder of a Juverderm Ultra Plus nightmare under my eyes and it's been 2 years now.

I think you looked fantastic before the injection.
