What you had done is pretty invasive. Scar tissue is difficult to remove. Laser work would definately leave a "result" and therefore should have been scheduled accordinly. I have no doubt that you skin will recover and be better than it was. If I may make a recommendation, I suggest that you wear a 50 spf sunscreen and hat, also use an intense moiturizers (with alot of lipids) to replenish and plump up your skin (you know...like when we were younger:)). The technology available today is incredible, and I LOVE IT and use it, however, in the wrong hands or undereducated hands it could possibly be dissappointing. Best of Luck on your recovery!!
Education is KEY to using this technology. Palomar has different hand pieces best suited to different applications. IPL based on laser technology. I personally am extremely happy with my photofacial after just one treatment! Looking forward to the results from my second!!
