Try Y-Age Glutathione patches and buy Dr. Thienna Ho Eat your way to lighter skin. You will also need to get some retinol A pills from a dermatologist. Glutathione pills are not very effective. The only thing better than the glutathione patch is the shot, but those are extremely expensive and even dangerous if not administered correctly. You will also need to get professional microdermalbrasion once every 3 months as well as invest in a good home dermabrasion sytem. (Nu brilliance will be fine but there are better products out there). You will also need to use sulfur soap 3-4 times a week. Do not use it everyday what ever you do. This is a very aggressive approach that takes atleast 2 months to see results. This is what worked for me. I am now the golden honey complexion I was as a child. My skin began getting darker when I started smoking and using drugs. Hope this helps.
