Hi Blonde! Haven't been on this site in awhile and wanted to check in on you. Holy butt! I am amazed at the difference in your before and after! Nice work! Is that all from yoga and squats? Are you eating really clean? You look amazing!!
Ladies - please stop worrying. I'm 4 weeks post op and can tell you the absolute worst part is the pre op worries. I didn't sleep well for weeks prior to surgery. I worried about A) would I wake from anesthesia , B) how bad would the pain be C) could I get back to work within 13 days.
Everything was so much better than I could have imagined. I also didn't purchase much for my post op care. I used my glider chair that I have from my babies for my "recliner", ate salt less crackers the first couple days, and drank tons of water. For vitamins I took bromelein and arnica along with Vicodin for pain. The Vicodin was low dose and just took the edge off.
I'm so happy I did this and the absolute worst part is the pre surgery worries!
