Do cellulaze! It really works and says it should be long lasting results. i am about your same size and I did it last week and already see improvement. Seriously I have always loved my legs expect thsi patch of horrible buttoms and lumpt cellulite. Its looks 70% smoother one week after so I am thinking this treatment is teh real deal. I paid $2000 total for both outter thighs. cant beat that if it works

UPDATE: I am 6 days in and feeling better every day, however my sleep is effective very much by this very uncomfortable compression garment. In my opinion this is the worst part of the procedures because its quite uncomfortable, luckily yesterday I got a new garment without the zippers on the side which is a relief to some extent but still I am awake most of the night tossing and turning and wake up with pounding headache from lack of sleep. The garment I am wearing now is an extra small and I think it might be a little too much compression because I feel like a susage in a suit... Yesterday I saw the doctor and had my stiches removed and he clarfied that he did both cellulaze and a little fat melting on my legs with smartlipo. Funny I am feeling the worst today out of all days and more sore but still its very managable. The doc said I am still very swollen and that I should see a big difference in a few weeks given he took out 300cc of fat! Yay, cant wait to see my new curves. So far I would recommand both of these procedures to anyone that wants to improve how they look and feel. Will post before and after pics when brusing goes away.
