Krissy, How is it going now? I am 4 mos. post-op and still healing with fat necrosis on one beast. Other one is beautiful. Also, can't wait to swim here in SoCal! I will try c-section silicone strips. I also am using Telfa non-adherent Pads 8" X 3", which have been great and easy to use. I buy them at a medical supply store.
