This is a good video that explains the issue I have, which is a bit different than bottoming out: http://youtu.be/ZMoQPV1al3Q
I just think going over the muscle has potential to look even worse.
I know, it's really frustrating! It took me a lot longer than most to be able to even do "normal" things like get out of bed easily or drive...but I DID get there. I move around fine now, but it look me at least 12 weeks to really feel like that. So even if its slow, that part will come!
There is definitely a crease even when I don't flex, but it just depends on the angle and lighting how noticeable it is. The crease is just way more pronounced when I do flex. Its interesting, he did trim the aureolas, funny because I never had any idea they were "too big" before (I guess I just haven't seen many breasts!) I was super surprised when he mentioned making them smaller. I guess they must have been really weirdly big before if they still seem big. Honestly as conscious as I am of my body, that was one flaw I didn't even know I had lol!
You will get your life back - even though at 3 weeks it doesn't feel like it! Generally I feel 100% recovered (other than the swelling and still soreness when I cough/sneeze/laugh). Functionally on a day to day basis, I am okay, so at least I can guarantee that you will heal! And yeah, I don't know if all the pain will ever seem worth it, but at least it IS getting better.
