Ittybitty, Mine are also healing at different rates, and it seems to be like that for most. One is bigger, one is more sore, etc. I asked my PS about it, even though others had said it would straighten out itself. He said not to even think about the size difference for at least 6-8 weeks, and that was at my 3 week check. I am now just over 4 weeks, and the progress from week 3 to week 4 is amazing. They start coming closer to being a pair instead of two separate things. My left was more swollen and more sore, and of course bigger. It's starting to really catch up to the right. I'm sure yours will too. I think it's just the way it is.

I am 5 weeks today and I have been sleeping on my side for a while. I have even woken up on my stomach a couple of times.

I am a big girl too, but figured if I didn;t get this done I'd never lose the weight. At least now part of me isn't bouncing all over! Go for it Chubbey, you'll be so glad you did!
