Hey Sea Falcon, I've had a few deep ice pick/boxcar acne scars that I got rid of with 99% dicloroacetic acid (very similar to Tricloroacetic acid). Google TCA Cross Method. It works!! It targets the specific pit rather than the surrounding area, which can round the edges. I do it myself on my largest pits. It's very dangerous, but I'm a DYI'er. I recommend only doing one or two until your comfortable. The pit will first appear as if it's much larger then it will scab. You'll have a sore that will heal in about a week. Do not pick it!! When it falls off your pit will be smaller and will continue to get smaller. You don't want sores all over your face unless you plan on being in hiding so chose strategically ;) The next treatment is derma rolling. YouTube it. It's great for rolling scars and an amazing anti-ager. You have to roll the sh!t out of your face for it to work. Don't be scared ;) Roll until you bleed then your face will peel for the next few days leaving your skin fresh. It's similar to an acid peel. Continue rolling once or twice a month.... forever ;) YOu will see a difference. During this time your skin will constantly be healing and producing collagen. As for alllll the many ice pick scars, I don't know. I have a similar problem. I feel like I should start accutane dry the oil glands, but accutane makes me very nervous. Hello Dr. Echavez, Thank you for the response! I always used 25 units of Botox and Dysport in both my frown lines and lines across forehead. The Zeomin was 35 units so certainly I thought it would work!

Yes, I'm sorry. I do advocate numbing. Injecting a numbing solution into the lip before the procedure is not necessary, in my opinion. I was not clear. Ice packs and a filler with lidocaine are a much better solution.
